3 hours of Rhode Island Elective Continuing Education

Salespersons and Brokers are required to have 18 hours of Continuing Education by April 30th of even years. Licensees are required to complete 6 hours in mandatory courses including a lead poisoning/lead hazard mitigation course of at least 3 hours and 12 hours of electives. This course includes 3 hours of elective continuing education.
This course also meets the NAR Quadrennial Ethics Requirement!

The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) relies on its Code of Ethics to ensure that all REALTORS® are conducting business in an honest manner and with the highest degree of integrity. You will learn the Code of Ethics in depth, explore its various applications and relate it to your daily practice. The quadrennial ethics requirement is not a continuing education requirement, but is a requirement of your membership of the National Association of REALTORS®. As part of your real estate continuing education, this course will provide you state licensing continuing education credits as well as fulfill the requirement for Ethics training mandated by the National Association of REALTORS®.

Online Courses: These interactive courses are accessed via the Internet and can be enjoyed whether you have a dial up 56K or high speed connection to the Internet. The courses include a series of units, varying in quantity by title with periodic true/false or multiple choice questions that check for understanding of the material. Units conclude with short self-correcting quizzes of typically 10 multiple choice and/or True/False questions. They can be repeated as many times as necessary until they are successfully passed. You may log in and log out of the course as often as you like enabling you to complete the lessons whenever it is convenient for you. Once the course is completed The CE Shop team is automatically notified of the completion.
